Performance & Investment Reporting Business Analyst

A rarely available Performance & Investment Reporting Business Analyst has become available at a leading Investment Management firm in London. My client is looking to hire an Performance & Investment Reporting Business Analyst to work within the Investment Reporting & Performance business team.

Performance & Investment Reporting Business Analyst will be working on key client reporting and performance business change initiatives ensuring the business is at the forefront in its client offering to the market.

Key deliverables for the Performance & Investment Reporting Business Analyst -

  • Analyse Investment Reporting and Performance business requirements
  • Produce detailed business analysis documentation, business requirements and create functional specification documents and solutions for business approval.
  • Partner with IT to translate business specification to IT solutions and upgrades across the OMS/PMS applications.
  • Undertake UAT Testing, managing the whole testing process and end to end implementation.
  • Project governance and reporting across all cross functional team including Investment Reporting & Performance, Front Office, IT, Middle Office Operations and Change Management teams.
  • Working with offshore and near shore vendors and working in a global matrix environment.

Prerequisite Requirements-

  • Technical expertise across Investment Reporting & Performance business functions and proven BA change delivery experience.
  • Expertise across Investment Reporting and Performance Attribution Systems within Investment and Custody Operations.
  • Prior Business Requirement Documentation, Functional Specifications and managing end to end testing process.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance analysis improvements, client reporting enhancements and risk calculations.
  • Experience working across Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall and Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Excellent multi-asset portfolio coverage including Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities and Alternatives.
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Excel (VBA Coding / Macros), SQL Coding and prior knowledge of OMS/PMS and Accounting applications including Hi-Portfolio.
  • Industry Qualifications - IMC /CFA would be highly advantageous
